  *Payments must be paid by invoice sent from ZCS. No personal checks accepted. A 50% deposit is required when booking the event. Deposits are non-refundable (only if we cancel). Remaining balance is due 1 week prior to day of event.  *Changes to the order must be made no later than 7 days prior to the date of the event. Changes to the order within 7 days prior to the event will be subject to additional fees.
